Painting credits are non-refundable but they are transferrable; we recommend contacting the studio before ordering to check on appointment/fulfilment times, pricing, and levels of quality offered to make sure you find the right studio for your needs.

When purchasing painting credits only select 'in-store pickup' for your shipping option so you don't get charged for shipping but remember to discuss shipping costs with your studio of choice. If you are purchasing painting credits as well as physical products standard shipping options apply. Painting credits do not count towards free shipping for orders of $200 or more.

If you wish to purchase new or used models from TGG and have one of these studios paint it you can save on shipping by having TGG ship it directly to the studio.
