DEC 19 UPDATE - On Dec 18th Canada Post reinstated their delivery guarantees and although the backlogs are not completely cleared they say they are working on new mail as normal and slowly taking care of the backlogs.

DEC 17 UPDATE -
We are sending our last FedEX shipments today for existing orders that will have a chance at getting to their destinations by Dec 24th.

After today we will be shipping our regular Canada Post Expedited Parcel method.

Orders made over the holidays should expect delays from service outages at GW warehouses and shipping services. As always we will be working hard to get orders filled and shipped as fast as possible.

DEC 3 UPDATE -
Christmas/Holiday Shipping Update

We continue to use FedEX while the Canada Post backlogs are being cleared to best serve our customers for the Holiday season. Once the Holiday season is over we will switch back to Canada Post as long as the backlogs are cleared or no longer causing lengthy delays.

We cannot set any particular order cutoff date where we can guarantee that your packages will arrive by Christmas because of the volume of holiday shipments that have moved from Canada Post to other couriers but we suggest you order by the end of Tuesday Dec 4th to have a very high likely hood of receiving your packages by Dec 24th and by the end of Monday Dec 10th to have a good chance at getting them by Dec 24th.

NOV 27 UPDATE - With Canada Post heading back to work in the next 24 hours we will be monitoring shipping options closely and changing back to Canada Post as soon as possible.


ONLINE SHIPPING UPDATE

With the rotating Canada Post strikes they are putting out regular updates and have stated that they have cancelled their nationwide delivery guarantees with the worst backlogs affecting Southern and Southwestern Ontario. We have found that very few of our packages have been affected before this announcement and since then we have switched shipping providers temporarily until the Canada Post strikes are over and backlogs cleared.

Even with this change we advise that there may be delays in receiving your TGG shipments since these shippers may get overwhelmed with packages given the Canada Post strikes and holiday season shipping boom.
