Shipping and Returns Terms and Conditions
Shipping is an important part of an online store. Getting an item delivered one or two days earlier can make a big difference depending on what it is intended for, a gift, that secret tech needed for an upcoming tournament, or many other important events. We are committed to delivering the fastest turn around time possible.
Orders are processed and shipped every business day. Orders are processed and shipped no later than the business day after they were placed. Some product lines have their own Shipping Terms, please refer to the listing at the bottom of this page. We offer the following shipping options:
All orders to Canada with a pre-tax total $200 or more qualify for free shipping. The free shipping service is:

Once your order total qualifies, a 'Free Shipping' option will be available in the the shipping options listing when checking out. You need to login to see the free shipping option. If you do not see a free shipping option please contact the store. Free shipping includes a feature where you will still receive free shipping if your order gets reduced by up to $50 due to stock shortages.

To ensure your order can be shipped as fast as possible please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method. If you wish to have your package shipped to a different address than your billing address we will need to confirm with the payment method the validity of the transaction. This may result in your payment method provider contacting you to verify the transaction and/or delays in shipping time.

Special Shipping & Return Terms
For Games Workshop Products
We stock many but not all Games Workshop products. Orders ship within 1 business day unless an item is out of stock. Out of stock item(s) will be ordered from GW as soon as possible and your order will ship within 1 business day of arrival. This can add 2-9 days to your shipping time(During the Covid-19 Pandemic this can range wildly from 2-21+ days). If an item is out of stock at the manufacturer we will contact you to provide an estimated restock time and/or options to alter your order. We are very flexible with refunds, substitutions, partial shipments, etc if something you ordered is experiencing prolonged stock or delivery delays from GW.
Games Workshop items marked as 'Made to Order' and/or 'Range Rotation' are items with an expected wait time for production and shipping and are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Orders that include preordered items will be shipped when all preorders have been fulfilled. Only items specifically labelled as preorder are included in this. Preorders are not guaranteed to arrive in store or at a shipped destination on the posted release date. Preorders cancelled before 5 business days after the release date are eligible for exchange/store credit only.
New Games Workshop products cannot be shipped outside of Canada.

Cancellations & Returns
We accept returns on new unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping. You can apply the return to an exchange or on your account as store credit. You will be contacted when the return has been received and processed.
Preorders cancelled before 5 business days after the release date are eligible for exchange/store credit only.
New Games Workshop orders can be cancelled anytime before they ship. New GW orders/items that are cancelled before we could be reasonably expected to deliver (within 9 days business days - please note during the Covid-19 Pandemic this is extended to within 20 business days) can be exchanged for other products/store credit or refunded. Refunds before that time are subject to the lesser of a 10% or $25 processing fee. Orders cancelled after this time can be exchanged or fully refunded. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned.
